  • Refunds are not guaranteed solely based on product quality or preference

  • Refunds and returns must meet the supplier’s specific policies

  • Approval ultimately depends on the supplier’s requirements

That said, we are always happy to review your concern and assist you through the process.


If There’s an Issue With Your Order

If you experience a problem with your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

When you reach out, we will:

  • Review your request

  • Ask for details or photos if needed

  • Submit a refund or return request to the supplier on your behalf (when applicable)

Please note that submitting a request does not guarantee approval, but we will do our best to advocate for you.


Late Delivery? You Have Options

If your order is more than 15 calendar days past the maximum provided delivery estimate, you are eligible for one of the following options:

  • Option 1: Cancel the order and receive a full refund

  • Option 2: Continue waiting for the package and receive 50% of the purchase price refunded

Once an option is selected, it is considered final.
